The seminars are the basis for the formation of the Vietnamese Nail Salons Association (VNSA). It's an example of one of the benefits of the VNSA. There are several purposes at this seminars. First of all, it is Beauty & Nails Services. Also it is BNS Business Partners and Botanic School of Nail Technology's. Their mission are to educate and inform nail technicians and nail salons owner of the new Illinois state regulations and guidelines in nail salons safety and hazards. The second is Beauty & Nails Services and BNS Business Partners. Its purpose is to introduce themselves, their services and expertise to the nail salon owners and nail technicians. Their services are concentrates on the nail salons community. It is known that there are many issues with nail salon that owners face. It is such as finding nail technicians to work for them, communication barrier between customers and nail technicians. Moreover too many nail salons opening up right next to each other, to name a few. It is impossible to solve all these problems overnight. But it is possible to start somewhere.
Who is funding the seminars
The Beauty & Nails Services, Botanic School of Nail Technology and BNS Business Partners are funding the seminars. They had been approached by various businesses who would like to contribute and participate in the seminars. However, at the moment they do not want to turn the seminars into a business venture. Besides, in the near future, they plan to have workshops. These workshops will enable businesses to talk about specific business needs for the nail salon owners. It will be such as marketing, money saving accounting tips, investments, new nail techniques and nail supplies etc.
